Individual Therapy for Adults

Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, scheduled 1 to 2 times per week based on medical necessity, ensuring care is tailored to your specific needs.

The process begins with a comprehensive evaluation over the first 1-3 sessions, where we take the time to understand your experiences, symptoms, and goals. From there, we work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your values and helps you better navigate challenges.
