She/Her
INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST
I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is an essential part of our work together, and I prioritize curiosity, warmth, and understanding to build this relationship with you. It is important that therapy is a safe and nonjudgmental environment where we can collaboratively work towards your goals together. I am dedicated to honoring your unique identities and expertise on your own experience, while delivering high-quality and evidence-based treatments that promote healing, support self-discovery, and empower you to live a life aligned with your personal values.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents in outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Through these experiences, I have developed a passion for helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, emotion dysregulation, life transitions, and relational or self-esteem issues. I use an integrative and emotionally-focused approach, drawing from my training in a variety of evidence-based modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)), to provide a therapy that is tailored to each individual’s needs. I am currently pre-licensed and am receiving supervision from Maria Trenda.
Whether you are seeking to expand your toolkit of skills to better manage your symptoms, navigate new or chronic life stressors, or explore your sense of self and increase life satisfaction, I would be honored to join you on your journey.
