She/Her/Hers
INDIVIDUAL, RELATIONAL THERAPIST
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (MN) and Licensed Professional Counselor (WI), as well as a board-approved Clinical Supervisor in both WI and MN. With 12 years of experience in the field, I am dedicated to understanding the function of my client's behavior and approaching each client with a non-judgmental, curious, and compassionate perspective. I utilize evidence-based treatments (CBT, CBT-E, ERP, BA, Process-based CBT) and measurement-based care to provide effective interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
My expertise includes treating obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, skin picking and hair pulling disorders, various anxiety disorders (such as separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, social phobia, illness/health anxiety, and specific phobias like emetophobia), disordered eating, and perinatal mental health (both maternal and paternal). I have experience working in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs, and have had the privilege of presenting at local and national conferences. I enjoy teaching and psychoeducation, whether in therapy, supervision, or presenting at conferences, so others have the tools to become the expert in their own lives.
I am committed to culturally humble treatment, ensuring that my clients feel seen and heard. My goal is to create a safe therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable sharing all intersectional identities, and together, we consider how their lived experiences have shaped their current challenges. My therapeutic style is characterized by compassion, respect, curiosity, and humor, creating a comfortable environment for clients of all ages. I look forward to meeting you and working together to address what is blocking you from a more fulfilling life.
