Courtney Sellberg, MS LPCC
INDIVIDUAL THERAPIST
I am dedicated to connecting and working with adolescents and adults struggling with trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, adjustment-related concerns, and pre-and post-natal concerns/adjustments.
My experience includes working in residential programs for trauma, substance abuse, and emotion regulation. However, I have spent most of my career working with OCD, anxiety, depression, and perinatal populations in an outpatient setting.
I aim to create a secure therapeutic relationship that cultivates curiosity while helping individuals achieve their goals through evidence-based practices. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and working with Perinatal Mental Health concerns.
My core belief is that each person is unique in their emotional, mental, personal, and cultural development. This understanding is foundational for building a secure, open space to work toward each client’s goals.
