Licensed PMHNP - Medication Management Provider

We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in OCD, with additional interest in related conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders and depression management. The ideal provider is passionate about working in a collaborative environment. MMC is looking for a provider that is open to a hybrid model where the PMHNP can offer in-person services from our Chaska office while also holding interest in virtual follow-ups in efforts to maintain access to care across MN.

We are currently seeking a licensed provider for contractor role with part-time availability of 10-14 client face-to-face billable hours per week and the potential to grow into 20+ billable hours a week.

Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a dietitian dedicated to fostering an inclusive and balanced relationship with food, supporting clients in navigating challenges such as eating disorders and overall nutritional health. This role emphasizes a collaborative approach, working alongside other providers to address the connection between nutritional health and mental health needs, including but not limited to eating disorders. If you are committed to holistic and compassionate care, we would love to hear from you.
